the twin/double room was tidy with a bathtub, 2 toilets. the breakfast was good and the ambience was special.

Room had 2 toilets and a bathtub. We paid $3664. Great location, really close to a temple and train tracks. The pool was clean and there was parking available onsite. 🏊‍♂️

The room was neat and reasonably large, the hotel was neat. My room included a mini-bar, satellite TV, and climate control. Liked view of city. The staff were very helpful, favourable location in the middle of jackson.

The room was well laid out and clean when upgraded with 2 toilets as well as a bathtub. The staff was amiable and good and gave some great recommendations. The hotel was in a good location just off restaurants and front desk and karaikal and temple.

Everything was fantastic.

The hotel is located near the rail tracks, making it easy to find. It is also a short distance away from the temple which was convenient for us. Our room was quite spacious and had several facilities like a TV. the breakfast spread was decent and included some local specialties.

The bathroom was not up to the standards we expected.

During my Xmas stay, I was impressed with the warm hospitality and excellent breakfast and snack options offered by the hotel. the staff was friendly and accommodating, making sure that our stay was comfortable. the hotel's location was ideal with easy access to nearby attractions. the cleanliness of the rooms and the well-maintained property added to our overall positive experience.

some of the rooms lacked windows, which made it difficult to get fresh air or enjoy the sensation of natural light.

The major issue I encountered at this hotel was the deceitful attitude of the manager. I paid for a specific room advertised with several facilities, but when I arrived in the room, those facilities were missing.
